Overall Requirements:

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience designing and developing online/offline creative for industry-leading clients. They should also feel very comfortable working in a completely online environment and have good, recent experience doing so. Knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, brand adherence, and a soley creative background are all huge pluses.

Software Experience:

Candidates should feel as if the following tools/languages are extensions of their body:
